About Us
Patricia Gray
Patricia Gray is a management adviser and HR specialist in General Practice. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a trained practice consultant and facilitator, and an accredited coach.
Patricia joined a large training practice in 1993 as the practice business manager and became a partner in 1995, staying with the practice for eleven years.
Patricia now runs her own consultancy business providing HR and management advice, facilitating partners’ away days, training practice managers and GPs in people management and employment law, and performance coaching. She has undertaken a large number of recruitment projects for practice manager and business manager appointments and GPs.
Dr. Pauline Foreman
Pauline Foreman is a portfolio GP. She has been a part time GP partner in Hertfordshire for eleven years and is a GP educationalist, appraiser & examiner for the RCGP
Pauline initially developed an interest in GP registrar recruitment & selection. She has since had extensive experience in GP recruitment. She is currently RCGP lead for recruitment and selection of new CSA Examiners and has developed a special interest in group selection processes.
